1. Acceptance of terms
By using Wimvi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Wimvi.
3. Subscriptions
- Basic — CAD 9.99/week
- Standard — CAD 19.99/month
- Premium — CAD 69.99/year
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings or in-app. We don't offer free trials, and we don't offer refunds or grace periods except where required by law.
EU and UK users explicitly waive the standard 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) right in order to get immediate access to the Service.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wimvi for non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own.
5. User content
Any content you upload must be legal and something you own or have rights to. Content is automatically moderated, and Wimvi may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Uploading unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the app or its underlying systems.
- Attempting to bypass subscription controls.
7. Intellectual property
All software, reports, and branding belong to Wimvi. Using the app doesn't grant you any ownership rights in it.
8. Termination
Wimvi may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You can terminate your own access anytime by deleting your account.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." Beauty scores and insights generated by Wimvi are subjective opinions, not objective facts, and we make no guarantees about their accuracy.
10. Limitation of liability
Wimvi's total liability to you is limited to CAD 500. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Courts in Calgary, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through arbitration.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under ADRIC (Arbitration Place / ADR Institute of Canada) rules, except claims eligible for small claims court. You waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@wimvi-app.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wimvi against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
